About the event
Hello & Welcome to Creating a Visual Narrative of Your Life: A Mindful Approach to Photography
If you are looking for a creative opportunity to grow yourself, capture beauty & depth, and meet like minded women this popular course might be what you are looking for. No matter where you live, Creating a Visual Narrative of Your Life is designed to help you explore your creative life and deepen your understanding of mindfulness practices. You'll learn how to use photography to capture the essence of your environment, explore your past, and create powerful visual narratives that tell the story of your life.
You will also learn how to incorporate different themes and motifs into your work, such as nature and mindfulness, and how to use different techniques and styles of photography to express your unique perspective. By the end of the course you will have created a visual narrative that tells the story of your life with mindfulness and intention, and have a supportive international community of women to share your work with.
Mindful photography can help you reflect on the deeper meanings behind what you are capturing. You may start to notice patterns and themes in your life that you want to explore further, or become more aware of your own emotions and thoughts. Through this process, you can gain greater clarity and insight into your own life, cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, and reconnect to the beauty and goodness around you.
Ultimately, this mindful approach to photography can lead to greater self-awareness, increased mindfulness, and a greater sense of calm and happiness.
Classes are small and online but live so you can connect with other women in safe and generative spaces. Please join us if this work speaks to you.
No photography skills or special cameras are needed. Suited for all levels.
