​4 Week Spring Reset
Easy to Follow & Infused with Positivity

This 4 Week Spring Reset is designed to help you gently shift your life in small, meaningful ways - one step at a time. Like spring itself, it’s a season of awakening, growth, and renewal. After the slower rhythms of winter, this is a chance to bring in lighter, fresher energy and reconnect with yourself.

Over four weeks, you’ll focus on simple goals in four key areas:

  • Physical – supporting your body and energy

  • Emotional/Mental – clearing space and nurturing your inner world

  • Spiritual – reconnecting with your deeper self

  • Nature-Based – deepening your connection with the natural world

 

You can set one or more small goals in each area. Each week builds on the last with templates, recipes, movement ideas, and prompts to guide you in simple, doable ways. Optional weekly Zoom calls provide connection, reflection, and support.

By the end of the month, you’ll feel more grounded, energized, and aligned with yourself and the season of growth you’re stepping into.

Physical Reset – Coming Back to Your Body

This week is about gently reconnecting with your body and creating supportive daily rhythms. So often we move through life disconnected from our bodies, unaware of the signals they are sending, and unable to respond. With thoughtful goal setting, movement ideas, small daily practices, and nourishing spring recipes you’ll begin to notice your body in a new way. By tuning in, you may start to recognize patterns in energy, tension, or rest, and learn to respond with care. Each small step helps rebuild connection, attention, and love for your body.

Mental & Emotional Reset – Clearing Space
This week focuses on your inner landscape - your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. So often, we move through life on autopilot, giving attention to the urgent or external while leaving parts of ourselves unnoticed - our worries, our unspoken feelings, our unmet needs. This week invites you to pause and gently notice all of these inner layers. You’ll set one mental or emotional goal to help clear what feels heavy or stuck, and through simple practices and reflection prompts, you’ll begin to recognize patterns, release what no longer serves you, and create space for calm, clarity, and renewal. Like a quiet forest clearing, this pause allows each part of yourself to be seen, acknowledged, and nurtured, giving you room to rest, grow, and step into greater balance.

Spiritual Reset – Reconnecting Within
This week invites you to slow down and turn inward, reconnecting with your deeper self. So often, the busyness of life pulls us away from our inner knowing. By choosing one small spiritual goal - such as stillness, meditation, journaling, or quiet listening - and engaging with gentle prompts and practices, you’ll begin to discover new parts of yourself and hear what is quietly calling you forward. Each small step nurtures your inner life, opens space for insight and clarity, and helps you know yourself more deeply.

Nature Reset – Returning to the Land
In the final week, you’ll deepen your connection with the natural world and, in doing so, discover new parts of yourself. By choosing one nature-based goal - spending time outside, observing, walking, or simply being present - and following gentle prompts, you’ll begin to notice how your rhythms, energy, and awareness mirror the cycles of the land. Each small step invites you to see yourself as part of something larger, to feel grounded in your body and your surroundings, and to recognize the ways nature can guide, inspire, and reflect the inner landscape of your life.

When you join the 4 Week Spring Reset, you’ll receive a new guide each week packed with everything you need to support that week’s focus:

 

  • Week 1: Physical – seasonal approach to self care, movement menu, intentional practices, goal setting template, and nourishing spring recipes

  • Week 2: Mental/Emotional – seasonal approach to mental health, contemplative art prompts and intentional practices to clear space and notice patterns

  • Week 3: Spiritual – zen reflections and contemplative exercises to reconnect with your deeper self

  • Week 4: Nature-Based – nature-based prompts to deepen your connection with the natural world, and reconnect to beauty and goodness​​

Each week includes inspiration, easy-to-follow practices, and ideas to integrate into your day. You’ll also have weekly optional Zoom calls to connect, reflect, and feel supported by other women on the same journey.

Through The Forest Studio, I create spaces for women to slow down, reflect, and explore their inner world in creative and meaningful ways. My approach is gentle yet powerful—supporting you to listen more deeply, trust yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.

 

I live in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada where I’m continually inspired by the natural world. Nature is at the heart of how I work, inviting you to reconnect not only with yourself, but with the landscapes, rhythms, and deeper currents that are quietly calling you forward.
