Summer Workshops
1. At the Edge of Wonder
This workshop is for you if you've walked through a forest and felt wonder, stood at the edge of the sea longing for something, or you are searching for a home you can’t quite name.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use contemplative, nature-based creative practices to listen more deeply to your inner landscape and the world around you.
You will be guided to translate moments of wonder, longing, and disconnection into embodied creative expression that helps clarify what you are truly seeking.
Through this process, you may find that what once felt undefined begins to take shape in subtle, meaningful ways—through image, sensation, and lived experience.
Date: Friday, June 19
Time: 10 am -2 pm PST
Location: Online
Cost: $125.00
2. The Unfolding Season
A contemplative, nature-based workshop for women in threshold seasons of life—after career, after caregiving roles, after identity shifts, or after the structures that once defined “who you are.”
This is not a workshop about reinvention in the sense of becoming someone new. It is about learning to meet the spacious, sometimes disorienting, often quietly powerful time when old roles fall away and something more essential begins to emerge.
You will learn how to navigate uncertainty without rushing to fill it - and how to translate thresholds, grief, and emergence into creative expression that helps you understand what this next season of life is asking of you.
Date: Friday, July 10
Time: 10 am -2 pm PST
Location: Online
Cost: $125.00
3. Field Notes of Summer
A contemplative, nature-based wellness workshop for women who want to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and re-enter the simple intelligence of summer.
This is a space to soften the pace, come back into sensory life, and remember how to be in relationship with light, warmth, and the natural world without urgency—while reconnecting with beauty, goodness, and joy as lived experience.
This is not a productivity reset or a performance of wellness. It is a return to embodied presence through attention, simplicity, and seasonal rhythm, including the restorative presence of natural light and what it does for both body and soul.
Date: Friday, August 7
Time: 10 am -2 pm PST
Location: Online
Cost: $125.00
